Attempted murder and wounding with intent charges against our client were dismissed at Aylesbury Crown Court.

Paige Cairns of Alexander Bennett Solicitors, instructed Jon Swain of Furnival Chambers, who acted as Defence Counsel in the case.

An application to dismiss the attempted murder charge was skilfully prepared and presented in court, at which time the Crown added the charge of wounding with intent to the proposed indictment. The Defence successfully argued for the dismissal of all charges and our client was released forthwith.
