Apprentice Solicitor

Oliver started his career with Alexander Bennett Solicitors at the end of August 2024, following the successful completion of his A-levels. With a passion for a career in Criminal Law, a demonstrable strong work ethic and an aptitude for calm and effective multi-tasking, he was chosen out of more than 100 applicants.

Having started as an Apprentice Paralegal, Ollie quickly became an integral member of the team and has recently been transferred onto an Apprentice Solicitor programme, continuing to combine the study element of his apprenticeship with on-the-job experience at both our Luton and Leighton Buzzard offices.

Having thrown himself full throttle into the role, Ollie quickly gained insight and a keen interest in becoming an accredited police station representative. After shadowing several of the Firm’s solicitors at Police stations across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Ollie committed to studying the PSRAS, in tandem with his apprenticeship, and is due to complete his accreditation shortly.

Ollie says, ‘I am thrilled to be part of the Alexander Bennett Solicitors team and am enjoying the speed and depth of my progress. It is a demanding but rewarding position, building a strong foundation for a successful career in law. I’ve been encouraged and supported in my professional aspirations from the outset and look forward to qualifying as an advocate with higher rights in the future’.
