Trainee Success!

We are thrilled with the great results the Alexander Bennett Solicitors team have been securing for our clients throughout the year, but are especially proud of our trainee solicitors who have been regularly punching above their weight.

Rachel Oakley was recently successful in making public interest representations, which led to the withdrawal of the charge of Harassment and acceptance of a non-conviction restraining order. As a result, our client’s career and reputation were preserved.

Paige Cairns worked incredibly hard, together with Counsel, Lelia Tai of 23ES, to successfully appeal against a conviction for the possession of an offensive weapon in a private place, at Luton Crown Court. The conviction was overturned and the client’s possessions were returned to him.
